(1) In order to run the work of the center in a smooth manner, the center will have the necessary number of employees according to the organization structure and positions approved by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Government of Nepal will provide the required staff for the Centre.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the Center may appoint technical expert staff as required by it on contract in accordance with prevailing law.
